SUPPLY CHAIN SPECIALIST LOGISTICS - NEW LINES

The company prides itself on the success derived from its detailed and systematic approach to both the products it makes and its business processes. Since 2010 WITTE Automotive started production in its Bulgarian plant in town of Ruse.

I. JOB DESCRIPTION AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communicates and coordinates with customer and suppliers' delivery of parts and ready products.
• Ensures materials for production.
• Entering data information in SAP
• Tracks and manages orders from customers.
• Coordinates the fulfilment of client orders.
• Works with client portals and processes logistic claims.
• Participates in an yearly inventory.
• Substitutes for colleagues when needed.

II. REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree (Logistics would be an advantage).
• Language skills: minimum requirement – high level of knowledge of English or German. Second language German/English would be an advantage.
• Experience on similar position in Transport or Logistics company would be an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation skills and analytic thinking.
• Personal skills: good team-player with initiative, excellent interpersonal, communication and influential skills. Very well organized, autonomous and result oriented.
• Strong PC skills.
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
• Readiness to travel abroad.
