QUALITY ENGINEER

It is one of the leading system developers and suppliers of exhaust technology, vehicle heaters and air-conditioning systems worldwide.

For a newly launched project, the company is looking for a motivated and responsible person for the position оf:

QUALITY ENGINEER

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the implementation of customer quality requirements in the manufacturing process.
• Create and implement - FMEA, Control plan, Quality Control documents and templates.
• Lead root cause analysis of customer claims and prepare 8D reports.
• Interact with customers/suppliers regarding quality requirements.
  • Is responsible for the communication with customers regarding quality requirements of finished products.
  • Analyze, compile, review and regularly report customer quality metrics such as PPM/ 0km performance. Prepare presentations for quality reviews.
  • Participate in customer/certification audits and support corrective actions as required.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• University Degree in Technical Field, Engineering, Quality management, Industrial management or similar.
• Experience with Automotive Quality Management is essential.
• Knowledge of systematic problem-solving tools as 8D Report.
• Very good verbal and written English.
• Previous experience with IATF 16949 will be considered as a major advantage.
• Team player, result-oriented attitude, analytical skills.
