Your Responsibilities
You'll drive technological excellence in our smelting operations by:
 Optimizing our thermal processes through creative problem-solving and data analysis
 Balancing complex material flows while maximizing resource efficiency
 Collaborating across teams to push performance boundaries
 Turning metallurgical challenges into opportunities for innovation
 Helping us reinvent traditional processes for sustainability and efficiency

Your Profile
What you bring:
 Degree in Metallurgy, Chemistry, or related field
 Passion for understanding complex industrial processes
 Comfort with digital tools
 English communication skills for global collaboration
 Fresh perspective – industry experience is welcome but not required for naturally curious minds
