We from Bader Bulgaria, as part of BADER - one of the biggest luxury interior manufacturers for the automotive industry in the world, would like to grow our team in Ruse, Bulgaria.

We are looking to hire a Planning and data processing specialist in regards to the expansion of our business. Our clients are leading car manufacturers such as BMW, Mercedes, Audi, etc.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Analyse and prepare documents needed for production;
• Create production schedules and prioritise job-orders for production optimisation;
• Maintain the production schedule and other reports as required;
• Follow-up with all teams the shipment of materials and ready goods to meet production schedules and customer expectations;
• Complete status reports for production progress, work in process, and raw materials inventory;
• Plan and administrate the KANBAN system.

You are the perfect candidate for us if you have:

• University education corresponding to the position
• Excellent computer literacy with MS Office skills;
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP;
• Skills for planning, prioritising and performing work tasks on time;
• Accuracy and very good organisation;
• Fluency in English;
• Proven analytical, planning and problem solving skills; 
• Solution-oriented thinking.
