Order Manager

We from Bader Bulgaria, as part of BADER - one of the biggest luxury interior manufacturers for the automotive industry in the world, would like to grow our team in Ruse, Bulgaria.

We are looking to hire Order Manager in regards to the expansion of our business. Our clients are leading car manufacturers such as BMW, Mercedes, Audi, etc.

Your main tasks will be:

• Organising and fulfilling the overall strategy for timely deliveries to the customers;
• Organising and controlling the work of the subordinate employees;
• Controlling the entered EDI in the system;
• Checking and controlling the correct receiving of the customers information;
• Giving proposals for improving of the processes, connected with the planning and the fulfilment of the production plan;
• Training, developing and motivating the subordinate employees. 

You are the perfect candidate for us if you have:

• University degree;
• 2+ years of experience working with clients.
• English language at an excellent level;
• The ability to work in an independent and proactive manner;
• The ability to create and lead a well-functioning team;
• The ability to multitask and effectively organize and prioritize workload.
