Operational Excellence Coordinator
Positioned in Shumen

Position Responsibilities:

• Assist the implementation of the Kaizen continuous improvement projects in production

• Support the collection, treatment and analysis of data related to all production processes

• Monitor and analyze production daily KPIs

• Develop standard documents related to production instructions, procedures and 5S requirements

Position Requirements:

• University Degree - Bachelor in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or other relevant to the position;

• English language – fluent both written and spoken

• Computer skills - Proficient in MS Office

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Dynamic and willing to make change happen

• Excellent team-player
