We are looking for highly motivated students in Finance, Accounting, and other economic majors to join our Planning and Controlling or Accounting teams as paid trainees.
Main Responsibilities for Planning and Controlling trainee:
- Preparation of reports, analysis, and presentations to support management needs.
- Support of the budgeting process. Participation in the forecasting and planning processes.
- Development, calculation, analysis, and interpretation of key performance indicators.
- Support automation initiatives.
- Support the team in in the daily tasks to ensure the deliverables are achieved in accurate and timely basis.
Main responsibilities for Accounting trainee
- Processing day to day accounting tasks, including processing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Complete assigned accounting activities to support the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
- Support in preparing of accounting documents and reports.
- Support the team in in the daily tasks to ensure the deliverables are achieved in accurate and timely basis.
Key Requirements
- Proactive and well-organized person with strong drive to learn and advance in Controlling and/or Accounting.
- Student in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
- Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Collaborative and team-oriented attitude.
