SAMEDAY is a fast-growing courier company, leader in parcel locker deliveries (Easybox) and part of the international eMAG Group, operating across several European countries. As part of our significant business expansion, we are looking for communicative, ambitious and motivated Telesales Agent to join our sales team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively acquiring new B2B clients through outbound phone calls
- Presenting Sameday's services and key competitive advantages
- Scheduling and confirming meetings for the sales team
- Managing the full sales cycle – from first contact to deal closure
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Collaborating with the sales and operations teams
- Tracking and managing the sales pipeline
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in phone-based interactions
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to handle objections effectively
- Passion for working with people and building lasting relationships
- Proficiency in computer use and MS Office applications
- English language – working level (an advantage)
