Production Test and Logistics Engineer

Photolitics is currently looking for a highly motivated individual to fill the responsible role of managing production, test and logistics of our products.

The available position
By joining us you will have the opportunity to gain experience in the production and supply chain management, test, and logistics of microelectronic chips, in particular CMOS image sensors.
As a fabless company, at Photolitics you will have the opportunity to participate in a wide spectrum of production and quality control practices, testing, as well as logistics methods – from simple material re-orders, to complex planning and establishment of new relations with suppliers. The available position involves to a large extent development work in the areas of production practices, test and product operations.

Specific Job Duties
◇ Take care of managing production, planning of material stocks.
◇ Track customer POs and perform delivery planning.
◇ Organize logistics of finished goods to customers and production partners.
◇ Perform optical test and analysis of finished goods. Help R&D team in developing test methods, including estimating yield and detecting possible product failure mechanisms.
◇ Contribute to further enhance Photolitics’ quality control system.
◇ Write documentation and maintain a track record database of the parameters of each shipped device.

Qualifications
◇ Planning of material stocks and managing production of finished goods by external partners.
◇ Punctual organizational and execution skills.
◇ Logistics, export-import customs clearance and transport cost optimization.
◇ Electrical and computer engineering skills to help in setting-up test equipment and basic IT.
◇ Familiarity with ERP systems and fine-tuning, including quality control systems.
◇ Good communication skills, good command in spoken and written English.

Other experiences in one or more of the following fields is preferable
◇ Experience in electronics – basics – handling, operation.

Education
◇ BSc in electrical, computer, industrial or similarly relevant engineering. Relevant work experience is desirable.
◇ Candidate must be a team player and an active participant in solution finding.
