Pricing Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Pricing Specialist located in the euShipments headquarters in Ruse, Bulgaria. As a Pricing Specialist, your day-to-day tasks will involve analyzing and determining competitive pricing for our logistics services, considering factors such as transportation costs, market demand, and profitability targets. You will also collaborate with the Sales and Finance teams to develop pricing strategies, conduct market research, and monitor pricing trends to ensure our offerings remain competitive in the industry.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed pricing decisions
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, both in English and Bulgarian.
• Finance: Understanding of financial concepts and ability to calculate costs and profitability
• Customer Service: Strong customer service mindset to understand customer needs and provide pricing solutions
• Sales: Knowledge of sales strategies and ability to support the Sales team in pricing negotiations
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, experience with ERP systems is also an advantage

Additional qualifications and skills that would be beneficial for this role include attention to detail, proficiency in data analysis tools, experience in the logistics industry, and a degree in business, finance, sales, statistics, or a related field.
