You will welcome visitors to our office and:
• Keep track on daily basis of supplies in the office
• Support the purchase process, delivery of goods and services, etc.
• Maintain day-to-day communication with the landlord representatives, suppliers, answer all incoming calls
• Send and receive outgoing/incoming document flow
• Collect and keep track of all invoices and cash receipts for goods and services paid by the company
• Prepare various reports for the company departments
• Strongly support the process of booking transfers, accommodations for the employees on business trips, manage business trip receipts and invoices
• Work closely with the chief executive officer preparing reports and agendas for the day-to-day meetings
Required skills:
• Fluency in English – both written and spoken
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong decision making, problem solving and can-do attitude
• Strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and time management
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work with tight deadlines
• Ability to keep high level of confidentiality
• Advanced computer skills (MS Office and Outlook)
