Mission of the Role: Responsible for the logistics activities within Visteon Electronics Bulgaria.

Key Objectives of this Role:

• Parcel Service Management and Execution;
• Main Contact person regarding parcel service;
• Management of the Visteon Electronics Bulgaria shipment account;
• Receiving Incoming goods;
• Organizing export of packages;
• Organization of the Customs release of shipments;
• Responsible for the two locations in Visteon Bulgaria;
• Organizes or perform the transport between the main office and the Laboratory;
• Proposes and implements improvements in the logistic and warehouse processes in cooperation with the management;
• Supports office process and Internal Events;
• Responsible for the warehouse’s organization and management;
• Organizes and manage the Storages in the main office and warehouse in the laboratory in an effective and efficient manner.

 
Qualification, Experience and Skills:

• Previous experience in a logistics or warehouse specialist role;
• Strong organizational skills to efficiently manage warehouse operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth workflow;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members, management, suppliers, and vendors;
• Valid driving license (category B);
• Proficiency in English and Bulgarian;
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) software is considered an advantage.
