Logistics Administrator

We are now looking to recruit another member to join our office in Ruse as a Logistics Administrator.

A great asset for a Logistics Administrator are good communication skills. The ideal candidate will have great record-keeping abilities.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and monitor transport operations.
• Update inbound sheets on daily basis with products in transit.
• Confirm shipment bookings, vessels and communicate with freight forwarding companies.
• Perform bookings and stock movements in ERP related to transfer shipments between company warehouses in Europe and USA.
• Upload Import documentations of containers
• Prepare periodic accurate reports per request
• Communicate with Inventory stock management.

Technical skills:
• Experience in Logistics sector will be considered as advantage
• Knowledge of Incoterm 2010/2020 will be considered as advantage
• SAP experience will be considered as advantage
• Ability to work well in a team and to work well with little supervision, while multitasking and tracking multiple processes
• Computer-savvy with a working knowledge ERP system.
