Job Summary: As a Key Accounts Specialist, you will provide essential support to the Key Accounts Managers in onboarding and managing relationships with our key clients. You will assist in coordinating activities related to client communication, order processing, and ensuring the timely delivery of products or services. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for key clients, responding to inquiries, and providing assistance as needed. Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  2. Order Processing: Assist in processing orders from key clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Operations, and Finance to fulfill client orders efficiently.
  3. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of key client interactions, including emails, phone calls, and meetings. Update client information in the company's CRM system and generate reports as needed.
  4. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and distribute service contracts, sales reports, performance metrics, and other documentation to key clients and internal team members. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  5. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Key Accounts Managers, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and organizing travel arrangements. Assist with other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
  6. Issue Resolution: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues or concerns raised by key clients promptly. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members and follow up to ensure resolution.
  7. Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with key clients and internal team members to facilitate effective communication and collaboration. Represent the company professionally in all interactions with clients.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer service, sales support, or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software applications.
  • Excellent command of Bulgarian and English language, with perfect written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
