Account Specialist: Supports customer relationship management, contract negotiations, and sales growth across key business groups. Track opportunities, prepare proposals, and ensure business targets are met while maintaining regular communication with clients. 

Solution Sales Specialist: Provides presale technical and commercial support, helping to identify and develop business opportunities while promoting company solutions to clients. Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials, and use analytical tools to enhance solution sales.  

Technical Support Engineer: Provides Level 1/2 technical assistance for telecom, enterprise and digital power clients, including implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Ensure smooth project execution, software upgrades, and customer support while maintaining strong client relationships.
