Assistant Product Manager

BTB Bulgaria is the leader of ladies’ clothing companies on the Bulgarian market. Founded in 1998 and managed by the German owner - Dr. Achim Bayerl, BTB Bulgaria has a huge experience producing women’s wear. We are involved in the entire production cycle: from product development through fabric and accessories supply to production and delivery. Currently company is over 1 000 people staff and keep growing.  Total Quality Management, as well as consistency in our orientation towards the clients is the basis of our company’s philosophy.

Our product is dedicate to the women - outerwear, dresses, trousers and blouses, with high level of manufacturing and quality guaranty.
We are seeking an individual who has some apparel retail background and a passion for fashion products in role as Assistant Product Manager

In assistants to the Product management your role will include:
• Everyday working with database system (ERP)
• Assist the product team with forecasts and operations.
• Taking an active part in the initiation of new product ranges.
• Support the fabric and trim execution in development.
• Track and manage the samples at each different stage of the development process.
• Helping to ensure all quality and technical product standards are met.

Candidate requirements:
• Degree in economics and/or diploma/secondary education in textile industry;
• Fluent in English (German language will be considered a plus);
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook);
• Sense for fashion tendency and new directions in products;
• Can handle and summarize big amount of information;
• Detail-oriented, organized and punctual;
• Team work and Positive attitude;
• Excellent communicating skills;
• Ability to work with tight deadlines;
• A strong commercial sense;
• A keen eye for design;
• Technical knowledge (interest) of garment construction, fabrics, accessorizes;
• A good understanding of product process and procedure;
• Experience of assisting with the management of a critical path;
• Show initiative and be keen to develop your skills and learn.
